In 1998 and 1999 Ulrike Arnold created seven paintings with the earth of seven magic places.

A medicine man of the Yaqui tribe reports of an extraordinary, interesting archaeological place with not yet dated and inexplicable scratchings of about 50 circles on white smooth lavastone. I camped there for 14 days in order to create the seventh of my seven-metres paintings.
